We moved from NH to the Teton Valley and Tayson was our property manager when we first rented. He was attentive and professional to our every concern. When it was time to move and rent out our then purchased home, we immediately hired Tayson to rent it out and to take care of our renters.

While all the stars might seem excessive, they are accurate. I have purchased 5 homes in my lifetime and Tayson, by far, is the hardest working, most helpful agent I have worked with. He knows the area, listens carefully, is very flexible and a creative thinker. He provided a search portal as well that was customized for exactly what I was looking for. He has also provided excellent service even after the sale. He has helped us get “climatized” to a new community, as well as our new home.

Tayson showed us many properties and then promptly thought of us when a property came on the market that exactly met our needs and we were able to move quickly and get it. I gave him 4 stars on negotiation and process only because they were not issues in the deal so I really don’t have grounds to evaluate him on those. At least, its seems to me that the process is pretty straightforward.

Tayson was responsive, professional and held the highest ethics in our dealings with him as both our selling agent as well as our property management representative.
