When we moved to the Teton Valley, Idaho area we never imagined we’d be able to purchase our first home. When we did find our home, Tayson took us to look at it, giving us the aspects of the home and what we should expect for CC&R’s, HOA’s, and re-sale value. During the closing process he was very helpful in giving us the run down of what we needed to do next and making sure we weren’t getting cold feet. He was always willing to answer questions about the property and ask the seller questions for us. Tayson was great about negotiating with us and the seller and making sure we were getting what we wanted. He is very professional, upfront, honest and open and we couldn’t be happier with our first home purchase and how much Tayson helped us.
